Aero Enhanced AR-15 Handguard with Wide Inside Diameter
The Aero Enhanced M-LOK Handguard has features and unique benefits for serious shooters. This handguard features a 1.72″ internal diameter, allowing you to bury a suppressor below the length. Fully modular with M-LOK slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions, plus a full-length Picatinny top rail and QD sling sockets.
This handguard also reduces deflection and zero shift for shooters running laser aiming modules when paired with an Enhanced M4E1 upper. The handguard mounts directly to the upper’s unique forging and is held in place with eight screws rather than attaching to a barrel nut. By separating the barrel from the handguard, less stress is placed on the barrel nut for improved accuracy and less zero shift.
Can I use this with a regular AR-15 receiver?
Yes, you can! You can mount an enhanced handguard on a more standard forged upper receiver by purchasing a separate Aero Precision BAR barrel nut. We do recommend an Enhanced Aero Upper for the best results, though. There is now a Slick Side Enhanced Upper for those hoping to run a little lighter and slicker.
